On Friday, 20 April 2018, in the evening at 20:44, in Švenčionių district municipality, on the Vilnius-Švenčionys-Zarasai national road (kilometre 69.60), a BMW 330D rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the BMW (11 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.73‰ blood alcohol).
