On Saturday, 26 May 2018, in the evening at 20:45, in Kaunas, on Žemaičių pl., at the junction with Mosėdžio street, a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved a Longjia and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 15-year-old driver of the Longjia, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
