On Thursday, 31 May 2018, at night at 0:50, in Rokiškio district municipality, Skirų village, on the Pagrundžiai–Bajoriškiai–Robliai regional road (kilometre 6.20), a BMW 320I rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.22‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
