On Tuesday, 12 June 2018, in the morning at 7:40, in Jonavos district municipality, on the Kaunas–Zarasai–Daugpilis (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 27.62), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Ford Focus registered in Germany and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident.
