On Saturday, 23 June 2018, in the evening at 22:22, in Tauragės district municipality, Kirklių village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 207.20), a Chrysler Voyager hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Chrysler (17 years of driving experience), who failed to comply with road signs or markings.
