On Saturday, 14 July 2018, at night at 3:34, in Elektrėnų municipality, on Kelias A1 street, a Porsche ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Porsche (22 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (0.88‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 120 km/h.
