On Monday, 23 July 2018, in the evening at 22:49, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Vilnius–Panevėžys (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 15), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 5ER Reihe and a Peugeot 207. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the BMW (1 year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
