On Saturday, 28 July 2018, in the afternoon at 14:35, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Rokiškis–Juodupė–Onuškis–Ilzenbergas regional road (kilometre 1.34), an Audi A4 Avant registered in Sweden ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Audi, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk and had no driving licence. A 31-year-old passenger of the Audi was drunk. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
