On Monday, 30 July 2018, in the afternoon at 13:35, in Vilnius, on Savanorių pr., at the junction with Galvės street, an Audi A4 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Audi (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to comply with road signs or markings. He was drunk and had no driving licence. A 29-year-old passenger of the Audi was drunk (2.67‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
