On Wednesday, 8 August 2018, in the evening at 22:10, in Panevėžys, on Parko street, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene.
