On Friday, 17 August 2018, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 275), a Mini rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Mini (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 130 km/h.
