On Sunday, 19 August 2018, in the evening at around 18:00, in Skuodo district municipality, on the Ylakiai–Vabaliai–Prialgava regional road (kilometre 13.60), a Kawasaki ZX636B rolled over. One person was injured — a 17-year-old passenger of the Kawasaki (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Kawasaki (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
