On Friday, 28 September 2018, in the evening at 20:20, in Kaunas, on S. Žukausko street, at the junction with Statybininkų street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Subaru Impreza and an Opel Astra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Subaru (2 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
