On Friday, 5 October 2018, in the morning at 6:15, in Panevėžys, on Klaipėdos street near No. 145, a Volvo S80 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
