On Tuesday, 9 October 2018, in the morning at around 9:00, in Pasvalio district municipality, on Biržų street near No. 120, a Ford Focus hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Ford, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
