On Sunday, 18 November 2018, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Pakruojo district municipality, Mikoliškio village, on Pievų street near No. 9, an Opel Astra ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
