On Friday, 23 November 2018, in the morning at 6:45, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 125.60), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Audi (17 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
