On Saturday, 24 November 2018, in the morning at around 9:00, in Šiauliai, on Kviečių street near No. 8, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Opel (15 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
