On Thursday, 29 November 2018, in the afternoon at 16:40, in Kaunas, on Draugystės street near No. 15N, a collision with both vehicles turning right occurred. The collision involved a Scania R 114 L, an Audi 80 and a Schmitz Cargobull. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Scania (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
