On Friday, 30 November 2018, in the evening at 19:15, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl., at the junction with Ežero street, a Skoda Octavia hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 36-year-old pedestrian, who was crossing the carriageway where prohibited. She fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
