On Wednesday, 5 December 2018, in the morning at 7:30, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Ariogala–Betygala–Šiluva regional road (kilometre 2.85), a DAF FAS 95XF.380 ran off the road. The collision involved the DAF and a Burg BPDA18M. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the DAF (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
