On Sunday, 16 December 2018, in the afternoon at 16:04, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 114), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Honda (12 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. All drivers were sober.
