On Friday, 21 December 2018, in the afternoon at 16:20, in Vilnius, on Kapsų street near No. 1, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Isuzu and a Lexus IS 250. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 64-year-old driver of the Isuzu (20 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
