On Monday, 24 December 2018, in the morning at 10:50, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 5), an Opel Vivaro ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Opel (7 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
