On Sunday, 30 December 2018, in the evening at 17:22, in Rietavo municipality, on the Telšiai–Žarėnai–Tverai–Laukuva regional road (kilometre 25.20), an Audi A3 registered in Norway rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Audi (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
