On Tuesday, 8 January 2019, in the afternoon at 11:30, in Tauragės district municipality, on the Skaudvilė–Bijotai–Kaltinėnai–Kražiai regional road (kilometre 1), a Skoda Octavia registered in Great Britain hit an obstacle.
