On Thursday, 21 February 2019, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Kaunas, on Žemaičių pl. near No. 66, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot Expert and a Volvo XC90. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Peugeot (28 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.37‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
