On Sunday, 24 February 2019, in the afternoon at 15:10, in Šiaulių district municipality, Saveikių village, an Opel Vectra-B ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.88‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
