On Tuesday, 26 March 2019, in the evening at around 20:00, in Kaunas, on Skuodo street, at the junction with L. Ivinskio street, a Volkswagen Touran hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (19 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was snowing, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 30 km/h.
