On Friday, 19 April 2019, in the evening at 17:16, in Trakų district municipality, Paluknio village, on Luknos street near No. 10, a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved a Kawasaki ER-5 and a Longjia. Two people were injured — the 30-year-old driver of the Kawasaki (hospitalized) and the 16-year-old driver of the Longjia (treated as an outpatient, had no driving licence). The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Kawasaki, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.59‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 40 km/h.
