On Sunday, 5 May 2019, in the morning at around 10:00, in Šiauliai, on Aido street near No. 8, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mazda CX-7 and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Mazda (24 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
