On Thursday, 23 May 2019, in the evening at around 18:00, in Šiauliai, on Vilniaus street, at the junction with Šakių street, a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved a Beta and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the Beta (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
