On Monday, 13 May 2019, in the evening at around 19:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, Daukantų village, a Volkswagen Passat ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.24‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
