On Sunday, 9 June 2019, in the morning at 9:50, in Utenos district municipality, Rukšėnų village, on the Jotaučiai–Sirvydžiai–Minčia–Jakėnai regional road (kilometre 7.25), a car rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of a car, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
