On Saturday, 15 June 2019, in the evening at 21:09, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Ličiūnai–Smilgiai regional road (kilometre 0.01), a Citroen Xantia hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Citroen (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
