On Sunday, 16 June 2019, in the evening at 22:50, in Pakruojo district municipality, Bališkių village, on the Rozalimas–Derveliai–Aukštelkiai regional road (kilometre 5.50), a tractor hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of a tractor (18 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
