On Saturday, 13 July 2019, at night at 2:30, in Kretingos district municipality, on Grafų Tiškevičių street near No. 15, an Opel Signum ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Opel (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.01‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
