On Saturday, 13 July 2019, in the afternoon at 13:20, in Kaunas, on Rokų street near No. 17, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and an Opel Zafira. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Opel Vectra, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
