On Saturday, 20 July 2019, in the evening at 22:35, in Visagino municipality, on Kosmoso street near No. 8, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 406, a Chrysler Voyager and an Audi 80. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 34-year-old passenger of the Peugeot, who committed other traffic rule violations. She was drunk (2.01‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. All drivers were sober. A 29-year-old passenger of the Peugeot was drunk (2.86‰). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
