On Saturday, 27 July 2019, at night at 23:50, in Utenos district municipality, Mieliškių farmstead, on the Jotaučiai–Sirvydžiai–Minčia–Jakėnai regional road (kilometre 3), an Audi 80 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
