On Monday, 12 August 2019, in the morning at 5:42, in Telšių district municipality, Eigirdžių town, on Gedimino street near No. 29, a Renault Laguna hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.16‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
