On Wednesday, 28 August 2019, in the evening at 20:11, in Jonavos district municipality, Kulvos village, on Kaštonų street near No. 6, a collision occurred. The collision involved a moped and a Znen. One person was injured — a 14-year-old passenger of a moped (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 13-year-old driver of a moped, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. The 15-year-old driver of the Znen had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
