On Thursday, 29 August 2019, in the afternoon at 13:32, in Jurbarko district municipality, on the Tauragė–Pašventys national road (kilometre 26.18), a Toyota Avensis rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Toyota, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
