On Friday, 13 September 2019, in the evening at 17:46, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 1.90), a Renault Premium 250.18 registered in Ukraine rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the Renault (20 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
