On Saturday, 14 September 2019, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Šiaulių district municipality, on the Kuršėnai–Gilvyčiai–Sauginiai regional road (kilometre 4.14), a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a vehicle and a Volvo XC60. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene.
