On Wednesday, 18 September 2019, in the evening at 17:40, in Kaunas, on Partizanų street near No. 152, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 745 and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the BMW, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
