On Sunday, 22 September 2019, at night at around 4:00, in Kauno district municipality, Riogliškių village, on Kriūkų pl. near No. 12, an Opel Vectra ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
