On Sunday, 29 September 2019, in the afternoon at 15:22, in Kaunas, on Pamario street near No. 1, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Volvo V40. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the BMW (1 year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
