On Saturday, 12 October 2019, in the evening at 21:33, in Anykščių district municipality, Debeikių town, on J. Biliūno street, an Audi 80 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.23‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
