On Wednesday, 16 October 2019, in the morning at 10:20, in Anykščių district municipality, on the Rubikiai–Bebarzdžiai–Debeikiai regional road (kilometre 4.40), a Volvo S40 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.16‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
